We found the hotel facilities excellent with a spacious Supreme Suite that had all the amenities like a sink, cabinets with eating utensils, a lounge couch, and a refrigerator. The location was quite convenient, being walking distance from the shopping mall and local food areas. the staff was very helpful, from the security guards to the housekeeping team.
Nothing to complain about at all.

I had an amazing stay at 14 Residence! The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The shower had excellent pressure, making it a enjoyable experience. The staff were helpful and always made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel offered a wide variety of TV channels and reliable wifi service. The restaurant served simple yet delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

Huge rooms with big beds, clean and comfy like home. Friendly staff that helps you at any time. Wonderful bathroom with a great showerhead and hot water. Close to a supermarket and restaurants. A beautiful view of the city from the balcony, perfect for couples.
The hotel had no laundry and no airport pick-ups. Taxi service was difficult to arrange at times.

If you're someone who enjoys being around nature while having the convenience of a city, this hotel is perfect for you. Located near the Big C shopping mall and the river, getting around is easy. Rooms are big and clean with TV, fridge, and nice bathrooms with showers. Staff are helpful and friendly, and there's a small cafe downstairs for food and drinks.
The hotel lacks laundry facilities on the grounds and it's unclear where customers can wash their clothing.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenience of the check, in process and the spaciousness of the room. the cabinets with eating utensils, sink, microwave, and refrigerator were very useful. the location was perfect for exploring the local shopping and food areas. I enjoyed the quiet and quaint lobby, and the small restaurant offered great food choices.
There were no laundry facilities on the grounds and the staff were not clear on where to wash clothes. it would have been great if the room had a hide, a, bed, which could provide an additional sleeping option.
